I Care About You

Want to know more? Visit my website: https://www.julianajbruno.com/ ORDER MY BOOK REASONS TO LIVE: https://a.co/d/eE12WwG How do we reinvent ourselves? What are the tools we need for success? What are the issues we face that drag us down? How do we reclaim our happiness? What is our true path, and does it even exist? Who am I? Where am I going? What is holding me back? How do we reclaim our true selves? This is a community of searchers. We are looking for our authentic selves, and we discuss the things that try to take individuality and identity from us. These things can be small and subtle, building up over time, or they can be huge and devastating. We look at all of them. The original name of this podcast is from a 1960s song, sung by Leslie Gore, that became a feminist anthem for the times. Although this is not a podcast on feminism, we are rooted in bringing to light all the ways we are controlled for and by others. What if it is just a belief? How our stories hold us back

Welcome back to I Care About You, a space for honest conversations about healing, self-love, and becoming the person you truly are. I'm your host, JulianaJ—and I'm so grateful you're here. Today I want to talk about something that shows up for all of us—something quiet, sneaky, and powerful: beliefs. Not conscious like “I believe pineapple belongs on pizza” or “I believe in climate change”— I mean the deep ones… The ones that whisper in your head when you try something new. The ones that tell you who you are, and more importantly… who you’re not. So today’s episode is called: What If It’s Just a Belief? How Our Stories Can Hold Us Back.

3D vs 5D relationships- the energy of love

Today, we’re talking about something so important—the energy of relationships. Have you ever noticed how some relationships make you feel lighter, inspired, and more confident, while others leave you drained, questioning yourself, or just plain exhausted? That’s because every relationship carries a vibe, an energy. And whether we realize it or not, that energy affects us mentally, emotionally, and even physically. If you are in a relationship with a low-vibe person, you may become low-vibe and vice versa. You may also struggle with self-worth and other effects. This is the difference between being in a low-vibe relationship versus a high-vibe relationship.
