Today on the podcast, we're discussing money and our relationship with it. How can we change our perspective on money and start co-creating our future rather than being at odds with money?

Today’s episode explores destiny and an inspiring metaphor from Jungian psychology known as the Acorn Theory—a soul-centered lens on understanding destiny.
I’ll also guide you through journaling prompts and questions to help you connect deeply with your life’s calling.
Some people believe that the universe prewrites your destiny, and some think it is what you make it. In either case, your destiny is a living blend of your innate gifts, the paths you choose, and the meaning you build along the way.
Prompt 1: “When have I felt most myself—fully alive, lost in the moment?” Prompt 2: “What themes, dreams, or longings have persisted since childhood?” Prompt 3: “What felt like a personal calling—even if it frightened or challenged me—when I was younger?”
🛤️ “If money, time, and fear were no object, what would I be doing with my life?”
🌱 “What do I lose myself in—activities that soak up my time because I love them so much?”
🧭 “What legacy do I want to leave behind, even in small ways?” About Juliana J

Today, on I Care About You, we’re going to talk about something that almost everyone struggles with, whether we realize it or not: giving yourself permission to slow down. We are going to talk about why we feel the need to be working, moving, and doing all the time, what is does to us over the long haul, and how we can give ourselves permission to slow down.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re living life in the fast lane—like you’re always behind, never doing enough, or constantly pushing yourself to be productive or even if you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, unsatisfied, and that your life is off balance—this episode is for you.

This week, we welcome Author Andy Campbell to the podcast! What a great discussion about overcoming and thriving even when the odds are stacked against you. Andy Campbell is a resilient survivor and inspirational author who has overcome numerous life-altering challenges—a victim of childhood sexual abuse and bullying, the loss of his mother at an early age, and the eventual estrangement from his father, his battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and the loss of his youngest son to suicide. Despite enduring multiple surgeries, grueling chemotherapy treatments, and the tragic loss of his youngest child, he has demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance, and developed a deep understanding of resilience and knows firsthand what it takes to overcome monumental challenges. Today, on I Care About You, we're exploring a topic that many of us have grappled with: the feeling of being the "different one" in every room. If you've ever felt like an outsider, even among friends or family, this episode is for you. We'll explore this experience through the lens of Carl Jung's analytical psychology, focusing on the concept of archetypes and, in particular, the "Outsider" archetype. Although the Outsider is a composite, we include it as an archetype. Are you an Outsider, a Wounded Healer, or both? Let's explore!
